Agreement to Terms

When you use BayCrew Cupertino Fencing services or visit our website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We're here to provide quality fence installation and repair, and these terms help us do that fairly for everyone.

Services We Provide

We offer fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Cupertino and surrounding areas. When you request a quote or schedule a service, we'll provide you with an estimate based on your specific needs. Our estimates are good for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Project timelines can vary based on weather, material availability, and the scope of work. We'll keep you informed throughout the process and let you know if anything changes.

Payment and Pricing

Your quoted price includes labor and materials as outlined in your estimate. Additional work beyond the original scope will require approval and may result in additional charges. We'll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Payment is typically due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If you have questions about your invoice, please reach out to us right away so we can address them.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for making sure we have clear access to your property and the work area. This includes moving any items that might be in the way and making sure pets are secured during work hours. You'll also need to obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before we start work.

It's important that you review and understand your property lines before we begin installation. We'll work based on the boundaries you provide, but we can't be responsible for property line disputes.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. If you notice any issues with our installation, let us know and we'll make it right.

We carry proper insurance and licensing, and we take care to protect your property during work. However, we're not liable for damage to underground utilities that aren't properly marked, or for issues caused by acts of nature after installation is complete.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling costs. If we've already ordered custom materials for your project, you may be responsible for those costs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provided. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. This protects both of us and keeps our pricing fair.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
